Good news - there is no minimum order quantity for customised wristbands ordered on this website. Unlike many of our competitors, we can process single quantity orders personalised to your requirements, making our wristbands a great gift idea for friends and family.

We offer huge discounts for bulk orders - you can save over 50% on the price per wristband if you order in bulk. This makes our wristbands a good choice for fundraisers and charities.

What size are your wristbands?

Our single-band wristbands are available in two sizes:
• Medium size - 180mm x 12mm x 2mm (Youth / Small Adult)
• Large size - 200mm x 12mm x 2mm (Adult)
Our interlocked bracelets are the large size.

What colour wristbands are available?

There's a choice of colours available for customised wristbands - visit the wristband colour chart for a full colour guide. Our interlocked wristbands are available in several colour combinations.

How many letters personalisation can I have on my wristband?

Each side of a wristband can be personalised with up to 20 characters, and you can choose to have both sides customised, giving you up to 40 characters each band. Interlocked wristbands can be personalised on one side of each band - up to 40 characters in personalisation (20 per band).
The standard font we use for personalisation of wristbands is Arial size 14. At this size, up to 14 characters can be engraved into each side of a band. If your personalisation requires more than 14 characters on any one side, the font size will be reduced in order to fit more on - up to a maximum of 20 characters per side.

How much will my wristband cost?

The price varies depending on the style of wristband you would like (single / interlocked), the number of sides you want to be personalised, and the quantity of wristbands you wish to order. All prices are stated clearly on the product pages, detailing individual wristband costs and savings available on bulk orders. How much does delivery cost?

How do I pay for my wristbands?

We accept online payment via Paypal - this means you can safely pay online with your credit / debit card, just as you would in a high street shop.

PayPal have over 100 million account holders and is one of the world's biggest online payment processing company. PayPal payments are 100% secure and you do not have to have an account with them. Customised silicone wristbands are non-returnable due to their personalised nature. Please ensure that you check all information you supply is correct. We will only consider exchanges and refunds where personalisation is incorrect due to error on our part.

How long will delivery of my wristbands take?

We aim to deliver your order within 10 days of cleared funds. Please allow up to 14 days before contacting us about a delayed order. In the event of any delay in despatch of your order, we will contact you. See our wristband delivery options
